| Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery on stocked items. |
| Do I need a purchase order? |
| We do not require purchase orders for stock items but we would be happy to include your purchase order number on all invoices. |
| What are the payment terms? |
| Invoices are sent separately at the time of shipment and are net 30 days. We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and money orders. Minimum order is $25.00 |
| What is your return policy? |
| If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of merchandise at 1-888-394-1406 to receive a return authorization number. We will not accept returns without an authorization number. |
| What about shipping? |
Shipping prices are now included in the price per case for all items except the Special Events Program, Super Sacks,
National School Lunch Week Program,National School Lunch Week Program,
and on orders shipping outside of the contiguous U.S.
Freight charges are based upon program weight:
1 Case (100 students)of the Special Events program weights 19 lbs
1 Case (100 students)of the NSLW program weights 4 lbs
1 Case (250 sacks)of Super Sacks weights 7 lbs |
