| Do I need a purchase order? |
We do not require purchase orders for stock items but
we would be happy to include your purchase order number on all invoices. |
| What are the payment terms? |
Invoices are sent separately at the time of shipment and are net 30 days.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
checks, and money orders. Minimum order is $25.00 |
| What is your return policy? |
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us
within 14 days of receipt of merchandise at 1-888-394-1406 to receive a return
authorization number. We will not accept returns without an authorization number.
The customer will be responsible for
return shipping costs.
There is 15% restocking fee for returned product. |
| What about shipping? |
Shipping is 10% of order total with a minimum charge of $ 8.00.
This applies to all products, programs, and Super Sacks.
For orders over $ 2,000, please call for shipping quote.
For orders outside the contiguous U.S., and for orders requiring faster service than ground,
