|How long will it take to receive my order?|
|Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery on stocked items.
If product is on back-order, your entire order will be held unless
special arrangements are made in advance.
|Do I need a purchase order?|
|We do not require purchase orders for stock items but
we would be happy to include your purchase order number on all invoices.
|What are the payment terms?|
|Invoices are sent separately at the time of shipment and are net 30 days.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, and money orders.
Minimum order is $50.00
|What is your return policy?|
|If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us
within 14 days of receipt of merchandise at 1-888-394-1406 to receive a return
authorization number. We will not accept returns without an authorization number.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
There is 15% restocking fee for returned product.
|What about shipping?|
Minimum charge for shipping is $8.00. See chart below.
If you require lift gate service there may be additional charges. Please call for quote.
Shipments to residential addresses may have additional charges.
