E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to request a catalog. In your e-mail, please include your name, address, and phone number. We will send our current brochure and any additional flyers will be sent. Orders can be made online, by mail, email, fax, or phone.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us within 14 business days of receipt of merchandise at 1-888-394-1406 to receive a return authorization number.
We will not accept returns without an authorization slip. Call or e-mail to receive an authorization slip.
The customer will be responsible for sending product back in the same condition as when they arrived. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
There may be a 15% restocking fee for returned product, please call for details.
Please allow 7-10 business days from time of placing order until delivery. Expedited shipping options are available, please call for a quote. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses, please provide your physical address.
1) How do I obtain a quote?
Please e-mail email@example.com. Please specify products, quantity, and shipping address in the e-mail.
2) Do you offer coupons or discounts?
Throughout the year we offer various coupon codes via email. Make sure you are on our mailing list so you don’t miss out on any offers!
3) Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we certainly accept purchase orders! E-mail the order as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org, call (888) 394-1406 and verbally give PO #, fax PO to 763-231-4282, or place order online and reference the PO# in the comments section during checkout.
4) Do you charge sales tax?
We assume customers are tax exempt. If you should be taxed for your order, please include this information on your PO or make mention of this need in the comments section at checkout.
