    How do I Place an Order?

     

     

    We accept orders online (preferred) and by phone, mail, email, or fax. The following payment methods are accepted:

     

    • Purchase Order: Online, Fax, Mail, or Email

    • Credit Card: Online, Phone, Fax, Mail, or Email

    • PayPal Express

    • Check: Mail

    Am I Going to be Charged Sales Tax?

     

     

    If you are tax-exempt, we are required to have your active, signed, and dated tax exempt form to info@mission-nutrition.com when setting up your account. We will attach it to your customer account for you for future purchases.

     

     

    How is Shipping Calculated?

     

     

    To keep the cost of our products low, we charge actual shipping charges from our carriers. For medium and smaller orders (less than 150lbs), we use UPS. For larger orders, we can obtain an LTL freight quote if the order meets the threshold of 150lbs +. 

     

     

    When Will I Receive My Order?

     

     

    If the product is in stock, we ship most orders within 24 hours. You will receive tracking information for your order in your order confirmation email, (for UPS orders). If your order is shipping via, LTL, you can get an accurate delivery date by emailing our Customer Success Team at info@mission-nutrition.com.

     

     

    How do I Receive an LTL Shipping Estimate?

     

     

    • If your order is over 150lbs, you will be notified during the checkout process that you qualify for LTL shipping. You will see that you can select the “Obtain Freight Quote” as a shipping option. If you choose this option, a team member will review your order and provide you a quote within 24 hours. If you approve the amount, the order will automatically be placed with the freight quote included.

     

    • You can also receive a freight quote by navigating to the top of our website and select the “Request a Quote” option. Please include all the items you would like to purchase on the online form. A Mission Nutrition team member will contact you within 24 hours.

    How Do I Get an Invoice to a Previous Order?

     

     

    The easiest way to view and download your invoice(s) is to log into your customer account, navigate to “Overview” on the left-hand side of the toolbar, select “Billing”, and then select “Invoices”. This will allow you to see your order history where you can select the invoice you would like to download.

     

     

    How Do I View my Previous Orders?

     

     

    The easiest way to view your previous order(s) is to log into your customer account, navigate to “Overview” on the left-hand side, select “Purchases,” and then select “Purchase History”. This will allow you to see your order history.

     

     

    Is Mission Nutrition on My School's Vendor or Bid List?

     

     

    Check with the purchasing department of your school or organization. If we are not currently an approved vendor, e-mail us at info@mission-nutrition.com, and we’ll start the process to become one.

     

     

    How Do I Login to My Account?

     

     

    Select "Login" at the top, right-hand side of your screen. This will take you through the steps to log into your account. If this is your first time on our new website, please create a new account using the same email address you have used for your previous account.

     

     

    How Do I Set up an Online Account?

     

     

    Select "Login" at the top, right-hand side of your screen. This will take you through the steps to create your online account. If you are a new customer, we will have you fill out our New Customer Form.

     

    Do You Accept Returns?

     

     

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will do everything we can to make your order right. If you still want to return your items, you must obtain a Return Authorization Code for return shipping at your expense. A 20% re-stocking fee applies in most cases. No returns will be accepted or credited without prior authorization, and no returns are accepted on opened cases. Please call our Customer Success Team for more information.

    How Do I Get a Coupon Code?

     

     

    We offer coupon codes in a variety of ways. The easiest way is to sign up for our email announcements (you can do this in the footer of any web page). Coupon codes are often included in these emails.
